I joined in March, it was my first online casino experience I guess I read the wrong reviews LOL. After reading these that now explains the experience I have been through since March. I won on my free bonus. I just keep getting the runaround and ask the same questions, and being told that it is being escalated. Today I was told they want to see me be loyal to their Casino, then maybe they’d be more apt to pay me. I said no problem as soon as I see my check. It didn’t end very good let’s just say that.
