I sent money to have loaded to my account. As I type this complaint; my monies still have not been loaded. Customers SHOULD NOT have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for this to happen, especially if the gaming group is open 24 hours! Then one of the workers was rude as *** talking about I told you.
